2016 Annual Conference: Registration Ends Soon

PBH's Formula 5 Marketing Competition Finalists


PBH is pleased to announce that six proposals have been selected for presentation by a student team leader at our annual conference in April.  For the 2015 competition year, PBH received a total of 29 proposals for our Formula 5 Marketing Competition.  The finalists were chosen by PBH’s Marketing & Communications Committee.  The name of the six colleges and proposal name or focus are:

  • Arizona State University, Rob’s Jalapeno’s
  • California State University, Fresno, Fresh-Ta-Bowl
  • Concordia University, Beet Booster
  • Concordia University, Go Bananas!
  • Millersville University, Pineapple
  • West Chester University, Go Animals!


PBH began the competition in 2014 to offer marketing majors, at accredited colleges and universities within the United States the opportunity to influence fruit and vegetable marketing, sales, and consumption of fruits and vegetables.  The marketing competition is another way PBH continues to deliver value to you, our donors and supporters, and to the fruit and vegetable industry, and an avenue for industry companies to tap into new ideas from millennial marketers, identify talent through internships, and to build relationships with top marketing colleges across the country.
