Exposing the Menu Gap

Yet only about half eat them while dining out - because they don't find appealing options on the menu, if any options at all. PBH's 2004 research report exposes occasions to close the fruit and vegetable opportunity gap at foodservice, increasing consumption - and foodservice sales - in the process.
