Produce for Better Health Foundation (PBH) wants to improve children’s health and happiness by increasing their fruit and vegetable consumption. PBH offers a wealth of educational resources to state and local education agencies (SEAs), to teach lifelong healthy eating habits in the classroom – and in the cafeteria.
PBH offers turnkey materials that education agencies
can use in the classroom and in the cafeteria, including template copy for
educator and foodservice operator newsletters, foodservice guides to grow
cafeteria fruit and vegetable offerings, classroom curricula and activities,
and other ready-to-use materials to capitalize on educational opportunities
such as National Nutrition Month and National School Lunch Week.
