1. Who can use the logo?
Only Fruits & Veggies—More Matters® licensees can use the logo. To determine whether your company or, if working on behalf of an agency, your client is licensed contact PBH Licensing Department or call us at 302-235-2329.
2. What can the logo go on?
The logo can be featured on anything that meets the Products Promotable and Recipe Criteria: advertising, packaging, media, promotions, POS, educational materials, recipes, and in any other efforts where specific fruit and vegetable products are promoted.
3. Where can I get the logo?
The Fruits & Veggies—More Matters® logo and Brand Guidelines can be downloaded from this Web site. Downloads require a password. If you don't know your password, check with the individual at your company who signed the licensing agreement or check with your client if doing agency work. Or just contact our Licensing Department, which can also assist you in obtaining the appropriate password.
4. Do my materials require PBH approval?
Yes. The entire package must be submitted to PBH for review prior to printing. Send PDF files to Approval Department. Materials will be reviewed for the following: logo use, brand and health messaging, serving suggestions, and nutritional compliance of product and accompanying recipes. Plan for a minimum turnaround of two business days, unless a unique situation arises that requires further discussion.
5. If my product was approved for use under 5 A Day The Color Way, can I just drop in Fruits & Veggies—More Matters logo/messages without review?
No, you can't. The Fruits & Veggies—More Matters® brand represents more than just a logo. As a result, new brand artwork, messaging and Products Promotable and Recipe criteria replaces 5 A Day The Color Way and all other 5 A Day program graphics and messaging.
