the Foundation is able to maintain and continue to improve its programs and
activities.

The support of member organizations allows the foundation to reach its critical
mission of increasing fruit and vegetable consumption while also helping the
fruit and vegetable industry achieve its mission of increasing sales. Your
support also makes your company eligible to receive a tax deduction for your
gift (in accordance with IRS regulations).
All Contributing Organizations who make a minimum annual contribution of $1,000 are eligible for the following benefits:
• Opportunity to license and utilize new Fruits & Veggies—More Matters brand graphics (replacing 5 A Day graphics in 2007) where appropriate.

foodservice, or other select research reports
• Nutrition marketing services
o Review of packaging and ad materials for compliance with Program guidelines
and FDA labeling regulations
o Assistance with FDA labeling and health messaging regulations
o Assistance with commodity specific nutrition marketing ad copy (i.e. appropriate
health messages)

o Color Way advertising templates, ad drop-in art/copy files
o Color Way radio commercials script and copy
o Periodic promotion-specific POS artwork, templates, or other retail materials
