NHANES Data USDA survey measures what America eats and drinks
National Health and Nutrition Examination
Survey (NHANES) This U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) survey measures
what America eat and drinks, and compares that to recommendations of the agency’s
Food Guide Pyramid. The data provide national estimates of the probability
of food consumption by the U.S. population based on food intakes reported
by individuals two years of age and older on nonconsecutive days over a
one-year period.
