Anthocyanidins   Blue/Purple Red

Anthocyanidins are antioxidants that have been linked to improved blood vessel health in animals and humans. (refs. 106-107) Anthocyanidins are found in blue/purple and red fruits and vegetables, such as:

blueberries
blackberries
plums
cranberries
raspberries
red onions
red potatoes
red radishes
strawberries
